Welcome to College Park Center! We hope you have a great time at your event. See below for information about what to expect when you get here, details on our arena policies, and info about prohibited items, tickets, parking, concessions and much more!

College Park Center is devoted to meeting or exceeding all public facility structural and service requirements as set forth in the American with Disabilities Act, with at-grade entries, 71 wheelchair positions at the concourse level with 71 adjacent companion seats, assisted listening devices, and one (1) passenger elevator. Guests are welcome to receive more information about our services by visiting Guest Services located on the Main Concourse behind Section 103.

All guests are required to have a valid ticket for admission into the College Park Center.

Re-entry is not permitted at any event at College Park Center. Re-entry exceptions can be made to guests with medical needs. Guests with re-entry questions are asked to stop by Guest Services, before leaving the building, for approval by a College Park Center manager on duty.

College Park Center and its food and beverage partner have adopted an alcohol policy that is designed to protect our guests and community from any alcohol-related incidents. All guests must be age 21 or older and must present legal identification to purchase any alcoholic beverages. Alcohol purchases are limited to two (2) beverages at any time and management has the right to refuse service at any time. Alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the direction of College Park Center management.

Guests are encouraged to consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Any intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. College Park Center reserves the right to deny entry to visibly impaired and/or intoxicated guests. Any intoxicated guest causing a disturbance, during the event, will be escorted out of the building and can be issued a criminal trespass warning or be subject to arrest.

Announcements will be made at the discretion of College Park Center management to assist in the direction of guests in case of the following: emergencies, evacuation, public service announcements, sheltering, etc.

College Park Center is home to The University of Texas at Arlington's Division 1 volleyball and women's and men's basketball programs. For more information on Mavericks games, promotion & news, please visit their website.

The University of Texas at Arlington's Police Department offers a variety of services for the campus community and visitors. Personal security escorts and vehicle jumpstarts are available upon request at 817-272-3381. The UTA Police Department does not provide vehicle unlock assistance, but information for services available in the area can be provided to the caller.

AXS Mobile ID (formerly Flash Seats) is our electronic form of ticket delivery when attending events at College Park Center. Guests can enter the arena with the AXS mobile app. A guest services representative will scan the QR code on your phone when you enter the venue. If any ticketing issues persist when you arrive, please visit the Box Office before entering. With a goal to enhance public safety and the fan experience at College Park Center, a clear bag policy is in full effect for all events at College Park Center. Bags are subject to inspection before entry. Metal detectors may be used for some events. 

Approved Bags:


Plastic Storage Bag
: Clear, one (1) gallon re-sealable. Clear Tote Bag: Plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".

Small Clutch Purse: Approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap. No larger than 4.5” x 8.5” with or without a hand or strap. Can be carried separately or within an approved plastic bag.

Medically Necessary Items: Including small diaper bags (with accompanying infant/child) after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited Bags:

  • Backpacks, large bags, and fanny packs
  • Purses
  • Binocular case (may be worn on neck)
  • Briefcases
  • Camera or computer bags
  • Cinch bags
  • Coolers
  • Large diaper bags
  • Seat cushions
  • Luggage of any kind

Box Office / Will Call is located on the north end of the venue between Gates 2 and 3 of College Park Center. The Box Office is open for ticket purchases on event days, a minimum of one hour before the event start time and during regular business hours (10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) on Monday through Friday. Tickets can be purchased at utatickets.com for events held at College Park Center. All tickets are a revocable license and UTA reserves the unrestricted right to revoke this license for violating any UTA policy. For more information about our Ticket Notice, please refer to the back of your printed ticket.

Cameras lenses longer than 3" will be prohibited from entry. Non-professional, non-flash photography is permitted during most events held at the College Park Center, unless requested by an artist/performer/team. In addition to our Camera Policy, camera bags, tripods, monopods and selfie sticks are also prohibited within College Park Center.

College Park Center is a Cashless venue - no cash icon. Hand holding a credit card. College Park Center is a cashless venue. Leave the cash at home and be sure to have your credit card or other form of contactless payment ready for parking, box office, concessions and merchandise*.

 

*Forms of payment may vary for third party vendors. 

For UTA Athletics and many other events, children under 3 years of age do not require a ticket if they will be sitting in someone’s lap and not occupying a separate seat. Please check the event info page for the policy for your specific event, as some events require everyone, regardless of age to have a ticket. College Park Center and its partners are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. The University of Texas at Arlington reserves the unrestricted right to revoke any ticket license for violating any University policy, including (list is not exclusive) entering prohibited items, throwing objects, offensive language, or disruptive behavior.

Fans and guests of College Park Center are expected to adhere to fundamental values of respect, fairness, civility, honesty, and accountability. In an effort to create an appropriate and safe environment, racial, sexual, physical, or verbal abuse warrants immediate removal from the facility without warning.

WNBA/Dallas Wings Code of Conduct

As a fan of the WNBA and guest of College Park Center, guests are expected to:

  • sit in ticketed seat and have a ticket to show staff.
  • act with appropriate behavior and refrain from foul language and obscene gestures. Guests who fight, throw objects, or attempt to enter the court will be immediately ejected from the arena.
  • consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
  • comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.

The WNBA, Dallas Wings, and College Park Center appreciate you following the WNBA Fan Code of Conduct. Guests who do not follow this code of conduct will be subject to ejection from the arena without refund. If a guest violates local ordinances, they could be subject to arrest or prosecution.

 

College Park Center welcomes all comments and feedback as a tool for our continued elevation of the guest experience. We encourage our guests to provide feedback by emailing us at cpc@uta.edu.

College Park Center offers a wide variety of food and beverage throughout the building. Outside food and beverage are not permitted along with containers such as: bottles, cans, beverage containers of any kind, coolers, etc. Permanent and portable concession stands are located throughout the main concourse of College Park Center. Credit cards are accepted at all concession stands in the arena. For your reference, please check our Arena Layout Map to see all amenities of the building.

College Park Center has been the home of the Dallas Wings of the WNBA since 2016. For more information on games, promotions and news, please visit the Dallas Wings website.

Doors open one (1) hour prior to all events held at the College Park Center, unless requested by an artist/performer/team.

College Park Center offers drop-off and pick-up areas at Spaniolo Drive and Moritz Plaza. Buses and cars will be allowed to drop-off and pick-up near Arlington Hall, but vehicles are not permitted to park there.

College Park Center has one (1) elevator located inside Gate 1 and two (2) elevators located on the main concourse, near Sections 105-106 and 110. All guests and guests with disabilities are welcome to use the elevator and will need to present proper credentials and tickets to access the event level on event day.

College Park Center is devoted to providing the highest level of care for all our guests and staff. In the event of an emergency, remain calm and listen to instructions from our event staff, who have been trained to assist you in evacuating the building. Emergency messaging will be displayed throughout the arena and all fire exits are clearly marked to identify you have reached the nearest exit. Guests are encouraged to locate the nearest exit closest to your assigned seating location upon entering the building.

Main Entrances are available to all ticketed guest, and are in the following locations:

  • Gate 1 - Southwest Entry - Spaniolo Drive & Third Street
  • Gate 2 - Northwest Entry - Moritz Plaza & Spaniolo Drive
  • Gate 3 - North Entry - Mortiz Plaza
  • Gate 4 - Northeast Entry - Mortiz Plaza & Center Street

Please note: Not all entrances will be open for every event. Specific doors may be marked as "Entry Only" or "Exit Only" dependent on the event. 

Family restrooms can be found on the main concourse, near sections 106 and 114. For your reference, please check our Arena Layout Map here to see all amenities of the building.

College Park Center and The University of Texas at Arlington do not permit firearms or concealed handguns into the building. Guests who arrive at the facility with a firearm or handgun will be instructed to return the weapon to their vehicle. Off-Duty Law Enforcement are the only persons allowed to enter the building with a firearm, but must present their I.D. and credentials to an on-site UTA Police Officer. College Park Center will not take possession of firearms, under any circumstances.

First Aid is located on the main concourse, near section 106, and is fully staffed during most events at College Park Center. In the event of a medical emergency when First Aid is closed, please call UTA Police Dispatch at 817-272-3003.

College Park Center has achieved GBAC STAR™ facility accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), a Division of ISSA - The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association.

The accreditation shows College Park Center's commitment to keep guests and employees safe with strict cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention measures in our arena. CLICK HERE to learn more about the accreditation and what we are doing to help keep events safe!

Guest Services is located on the main concourse, behind sections 103-104 by the Ted E's concession stand. Guest Services opens 30 minutes before the schedule door time and remains open until one (1) hour after the conclusion of every event.

Our guest services staff is trained and equipped to offer convenient services to all guests including wheelchair escort assistance and lost and found.

Guests looking to claim or report lost items can stop by Guest Services inside the College Park Center Operations office, located across from Section 101. If you are inquiring about a lost item after an event has been held, please complete our Lost & Found report and a venue representative will reach out with more information:

Any sensitive items containing personal information is subject to immediate transfer to the UT-Arlington Police Department. Lost & Found items will be held for no longer than 30 days and will be held in a secured location. Any unclaimed items will either be disposed or donated and College Park Center is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

A nursing room can be found on the main concourse, near sections 108. For your reference, please check our Arena Layout Map here to see all amenities of the building.

Park South Garage, Park Central Garage, and Park North Garage are the closest parking structures near College Park Center. These parking areas are located to the north of the building and can be accessed off of Center Street. Parking rates vary by event. Go to utatickets.com to see rate and parking lot options for your specific event, and pre-purchase parking for most events.

MavMover is the University's shuttle service that is available to assist students, faculty and visitors in navigating the campus comfortably. Guests can now track shuttle routes live by downloading the DoubleMap app on your mobile device (IOS & Android). Please visit uta.edu/pats for parking information, maps, shuttle services, and more.

The University of Texas at Arlington Police Department is here to serve the students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the campus 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. In case of an emergency, please call 817-272-3003 and for non-emergencies, please call 817-272-3381. For more information about our Police Department and services provided, visit police.uta.edu.

Due to safety reasons, any guests who possess a prohibited item may be denied entry or asked to return these items back to their vehicle. In addition to the list below, please check the "Know Before You Go" email we send to ticketholders the day before an event for any additional restrictions for your specific event.

  • Outside Food, Beverage and Alcohol
  • Helium Balloons
  • Glass containers
  • Parcels or packages
  • Artificial noisemakers (air horns, whistles, etc.)
  • Large signs (signs or flags larger than 24x36" or with poles or sticks, are prohibited)
  • Tripods/monopods
  • Animals (Except Service Animals)
  • Weapons of any kind (Knives, firearms, tasers, etc.)
  • Glitter/Confetti/Streamers
  • Laser pointers
  • Use of tobacco products of any kind & e-cigs inside or outside the College Park Center. The University of Texas at Arlington is a tobacco-free campus.

No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for any ticketed events at College Park Center. Tickets are a revocable license and UTA reserves the unrestricted right to revoke this license for violating any UTA policy, including (list is not exclusive) entering prohibited items, throwing objects, offensive language, or disruptive behavior.

Restrooms are located throughout College Park Center for your convenience. Men's and Women's restrooms are available on all levels, while our Family restrooms can be found on the main concourse level. All restrooms meet or exceed ADA specifications.

Promoting a safe experience for our guests, players and employees continues to be a top priority for College Park Center. All patrons are now required to submit to security screening procedures, with the use of bag check, hand-wanding, and walk-through magnetometers, before entering the building. College Park Center reserves the right to deny entry or eject any guest who declines to be searched or who is in breach of venue policies and/or prohibited items. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a timely entry into the arena.

Through a partnership with KultureCity, College Park Center is a Sensory Inclusive Certified venue. This  initiative promotes an accommodating and positive experience for all guests and fans with sensory needs. College Park Center is the first WNBA venue and first university venue in Texas to be certified sensory inclusive with KultureCity. 

Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards, and weighted lap pads are available for check out for guests with sensory sensitivities, at the Guest Services desk behind section 103. 

There is a Quiet Area located in the First Aid room by section 105. There is also a Quiet Area located on the Nancy Best Terrace by section 109 on the main concourse. During public events, this area is open to any guest that is experiencing sensory sensitivities or just needs a quick break from the sounds, lights and crowded atmosphere of live events.

Service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA regulations. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you need additional seat accommodations, please stop by the Box Office before entering the building.

Banners and flags, with or without sticks, are prohibited in College Park Center. Posters and signs must be of 24" x 36" size (or smaller) and should not exhibit disruptive, obscene, or offensive content. College Park Center reserves the right to inspect all posters and signs before entering the building and/or removing such object that violate our prohibited items policy.

The University of Texas at Arlington is a tobacco-free campus. College Park Center, building properties, and outside campus premises prohibit the use of all tobacco products (e-cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, smokeless-tobacco) on campus properties at all times. Violators will be subject to disciplinary action detailed in the tobacco-free campus policy.

Our guests and staff are the most reliable source regarding anything that appears unusual. College Park Center asks our guests to remain aware of their surroundings at all times and if you See Something, Say Something. Please report any suspicious activity to an on-duty UTA Police Officer or call 817-272-3003.
